CATALOGUES

Do you have catalogues for products?

Unfortunately we do not print catalogues. However we do have an extensive selection of items on display on our website. This helps to keep our costs down and prices as low as possible, our customers benefit from excellent prices.

Do you have any showrooms?

No, our website is our showroom but we have a large warehouse. Unfortunately for legal and insurance reasons we cannot operate this warehouse as a showroom, so we regret we cannot invite you to visit us. Please note however out items are branded and often available in popular high street and departmental stores, the only difference is our products are lower in price.

SECURITY

How safe is it to give my credit card details online?

We are a Secure Shopping Guaranteed Site, and we utilise 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to allow encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address, credit card details and other relevant information. Information that is passed between your computer and our web site cannot be read in the event that a third party intercepts it. Most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges that result from unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, or may limit your liability to just £50. We are so sure that shopping with us is safe, that in the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card we will cover liability up to £50. Provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at our web site using the secure server.
If you are still unsure about sending your credit or debit card details over the Internet, you can complete our online order form leaving the credit/debit card number empty and one of our operatives will call you back or you can opt to pay by cheque or postal order by sending your order direct or by fax.

How will you use my personal details?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information collected from you to provide a more personal service as well as process your order:

  • we will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties
  • we will not email you with product updates, changes or special offers unless you have given us consent to do so

ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

You can order online simply by clicking the "Add to Shopping Cart" button below the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you are done shopping click the "Go to Checkout" button which takes you to our secure checkout. You may then enter your delivery and billing information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server. If you wish to place an order, click here.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch / Maestro, PayPal, Protx, World Pay, as well as personal cheques and bank or building society cheques (all cheques made payable to "Furnitureinc Holding").

Do the prices include VAT?

All prices quoted by us include VAT at the current rate.

What happens if I cancel my order?

We want our customers to have peace of mind. You are able to cancel an order at any time between the placement of the order and 7 working days following delivery of the goods. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may, within seven working days of delivery, contact our Customer Service department to notify us that you wish to return some or all items from your order. How do your prices compare to other websites?

We pride ourselves to be at least 30% cheaper than RRP prices, however in many instances we are often 55% lower. We are confident that our prices will be lowest found in the UK . We reinforce this with our Price Promise guarantee where we will beat any price.

What happens after I place an order?

We carry quite an extensive range in our warehouse. However some of the popular ranges or unique pieces are ordered or made to order. For items out of stock, upon receipt of an order, we will order your items from the relevant manufacturer or supplier. 

DELIVERY

Where will you deliver to and what is your delivery policy?

All prices quoted on our website do not include delivery. We deliver to mainland UK ( exceptions include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands, PH, IV, KW and some PA postcodes where there will be a small additional charge, this will be advised prior to order confirmation). We maintain this policy because we are confident that as customers you want the best price for your furniture with no additional charges. There may be additional charges for heavier or specialist item where extra due care and attention may be required, again you will be advised before order confirmation.

We use TNT, UPS, Royal Mail and other speciliast delivery companies to deliver directly to your home.


How quickly can I expect delivery of my order?

Delivery times vary according to the popularity of the product and the manufacturers lead times. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays that we are made aware of.

Can we deliver outside the UK mainland?

Yes, however additional charges may apply.

Are you able to hold or delay my delivery?

Please inform us if you encounter an issue that requires you to delay your delivery beyond the delivery time confirmed. We can make arrangements to store it for a maximum or 14 days, after which we may be required to charge you a weekly storage fee of £5 per week. If you wish to delay a delivery please click here.

What should I do if my delivery contains damaged goods?

As infrequent as this is, sometimes items sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect. Should this happen, please contact our customer service immediately. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. All returns and repairs must be arranged through our Customer Service Department. We will not pay for returns which we have not authorised. If you wish to report any damaged items please click here.

AFTER SALES

What is the returns policy?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Once you receive your item you have seven working days to decide if you wish to return it. If so, then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged the collection cost imposed by our couriers plus an administration charge of £15 and this will be deducted from your refund. We require all items to be returned in their original packaging. Please note that any Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected, we insist on this to prevent any further damage. Also a charge may be levied to cover cost of failed collection. 

What if I wish to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order you need to notify us in writing by email stating the name the order was placed in, your order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel and the reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please click here.

What if I wish to return an item?

If you wish to return an item you need to notify us in writing by email within seven working days of receipt of your order, stating the name the order was placed in, your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning the item(s). Items that need to be returned must be re-packaged in their original packaging. If you wish to return an item please click here.

What is your policy on refunds?

Refunds are issued within 45 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged. What warranties do you offer?

All of our products come with a minimum one year full manufacturer's warranty. Further details on manufacturer's warranties will generally be attached when you get your new furniture. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What if I wish to make a complaint?

We try our hardest to provide our customers with an excellent service.
